Hi guys, this time I'm going to review strategy game about urban planning, named Cities XL 2012, I played this game last year but I just got the time to review it with screenshot.
This game make you learn about how to manage city, balancing the worker labor, jobs that suit middle class, elite class or low class citizen. Having fun with city facilites that will make your people happy, educational building like school, university must be balanced with entertainment places like Theatre or Park. The transportation availability between workplace to housing. Their location matter.
First, I play for few hours and then this city already this big like New York.
The traffic animation is good while playing if you get bored you can see what the city is up to.
See this is the house of unskilled worker, you can make the layout of housing I make it like 2 triangle joined together becoming a square.
You can see below the city name you will get the most urgent thing to do for your city, like lacking house for skilled worker, etc.
And this is the elite housing, different from the unskilled worker isn't it? They also have pool in each house. We should be in elite class to achieve that.
No wonder you can see sport car in elite house district.
And the flamboyant elite citizen on the street...
Figure this game will bring some fun, not to take seriously. And most important it could train your management skill of urban planning.
